It’s been 17 years and the legend of the Blair Witch is back. Originally directed by duo Eduardo Sánchez and Daniel Myrick, it was one of the movies that established the found footage genre in the commercial sense. And this sub genre is thriving, shots and even story threads still run parallel to the Blair Witch story.
This time Adam Wingard (V/H/S) is the director to revive the legend and follows on in the present day. What ever happened to Heather Donahue and is she still alive? All questions to be unravelled in the new Blair Witch film.
